I used their services for cleaning my underground water tank. After having their advice, I agreed for a date by when I made the tank empty. Their team, with all machines & equipment, came right on the date & time. They first explained to me what they are going to do & how much time the process will take. They have a very well established process – first, they removed the water, them the mud using a respective pump and vacuum cleaner. After all cleaning, they disinfected the tank with UV rays using a machine. For safety purposes, they covered the tank manhole with cloth & coverings so that UV rays don’t leak out. They also advised us to stay away from the tank for further safety from UV rays. I found them very professional, & with friendly behavior. The cost of the services was also very reasonable. It was my 1st time to use the service from them at my Avataar Kathmandu Hotel, Thamel. I saw their video on YouTube about how they work with safety and hygiene.
